Dr Yang is so great because I really feel like my vision is import to him. I feel his concern for my eye health and not that I'm just another appointment for the day - another co-pay. He takes his time reviewing my test results and asks questions needed to provide the best care. Dr. Yang is so kind and caring. Definitely my favorite doc. Carolyn is so great because she looked beyond my age and saw my personality when suggesting frames for me. She approached me as I was standing in the aisle looking at frames in the case, and asked if she could help. Even though it was a very busy day with many people coming in for eyeglass adjustments, etc-I felt that Carolyn had a genuine interest in helping me find a frame to fit my face and high-index prescription. She even called me later in the day with a follow-up answer to a question I had about alternate frame colors. - Harriette Burks-Watson

I just wanted to thank Lexie for making an extra effort to do all parts of my exam so that I could get a new pair of glasses. My brother has pancreatic cancer and I didn't want to make an extra trip downtown at this time. I also wanted to thank Brian for showing me how to scan the text message! Easy-peasy! Beth Leeds spent considerable time fitting me for a lovely pair of glasses and gave me an excellent tip for preventing my glasses from fogging up while wearing a mask. The service was extraordinary. I can't forget to mention Dr. Yang, who performed his usual thorough exam. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
