He walked me through everything he was doing and was completely clear and very patient. I believe it was Michelle who checked me in. She was also the person I spoke with when I booked appointment. 10/15/21Rigo is great! He is very professional/thorough, but also a great personalty. We know the staff is usually going 1100 mph, so it's nice that they still remain personable. (We've actually never had a bad experience with anyone while seeing Dr. Rosenberg, so the docs/management must be doing something right. Kudos to them for retaining good people.) 😛 - Julie

Stephanie has a great smile and her through-the-phone-voice was a huge help in accommodating my request to get in sooner when the first Dr I asked to see was scheduling a month out, she was really patient in providing me better options! Sherri at check-out was very friendly and helpful!
