They provided a fun, warm atmosphere to the kids all summer and made after-care very fun! Sometimes kids are so tired by the end of the day, but mine always were happy to attend after care and really looked forward to the activities. Both Jayden and Kayla always provided me with updates about the days activities and fun things that occurred during the day. My children spend most of the summer at Wheeler Camp, and its great that strong bonds are formed between the leaders and the children. Can't wait for next year! - Theresa Jenner

08/21/23Bea made my 4 year old feel instantly cared for and safe in a brand new location. She was his favorite person and he was excited every day to go and see "Beadie", and I saw that as he spent time having fun with Bea as his counselor, his anxiety about camp faded away and he had so much fun. 08/21/23Our daughter, Addy, had a really hard time the first day or two of camp. Erica went out of her way to hang out with Addy, and greet her every morning even when Addy moved to a different group. It was because of Erica that Addy ended up having a wonderful camp experience! 08/21/23Noah told me repeatedly this summer and last summer how great Nick was. The only specifics I could get was "Nick plays gaga" but knowing Noah, just the fact that he told me NIck's name specifically means he really, really liked and appreciated him. Thanks, NIck!
